Lukes Real Rescue

Brandy’s story of how she rescued Luke:

The true story of how Luke was rescued actually took place while Brandy was at work (please review the below text messages)… she never mentions Luke was surrendered to Jerry and not only was he the one who caught Luke the first time… Jerry had to catch him a total of three times because he would escape the operation of Brandy‘a at FLOAP and he would go back to his original owner, and the final time Jerry rescued him he brought him home where he was nursed back to health for nearly 6 months.
Here’s the real story of his survival:

No mention in her posts how he escaped 2 times and had to be rescued three separate occasions and Brandy never caught him once. There was no need to exaggerate the events of his rescue, but stretching the truth and in this circumstance out right lie and the above post and text messages reveals the truth… She snatches dogs and takes them and put them in conditions just as deplorable but Luke is removed from us before finalizing his adoption?
Below is the operations of FLOAP (dog side) In which we will have another blog post coming very soon about the conditions of their operations. Below is just a few photos until we create that post:

Jerry brought him home because he kept escaping FLOAP’s deplorable conditions and going back to at that time the only home he had ever known which was back in the hands of the first neglectful owner whom surrendered Luke to Jerry. When Jerry first brought Luke home we didn’t intend to intend to be Luke’s forever home however Brandy’s fosters kept falling through and these communications is outlined within Luke’s Timeline. Jerry never had to “recatch” or “rerescue” a dog before and as the daily caregiver of Luke it is our responsibility to be his voice and advocate. At no time did FLOAP state there was an issue. As the time passed we bonded with Luke and as a couple decided Luke found his forever home. This was communicated to both Brandy and Nicole with FLOAP and we were told by Nicole “they had to get the paperwork together.” However they never got it together as Luke’s timeline clearly outlines. This decision by the board of FLOAP is unjustified and cruel and to further ignore are pleads adds salt to the wound and these platforms allow our voice to be heard. We truly only want to finalize his adoption and bring Luke home which would allow us to keep our promise to Luke that no one would ever hurt him again. However we are prepared to keep his blog and Facebook accounts live with active daily posts for the duration of his expected 9 year life expectancy or until his safe return and finalized adoption of Luke.

We would have had him neutered and considered the $200 adoption fee part of a cost for this procedure we would have done as well as a donation. This was communicated to both Brandy and Nicole with FLOAP and we were told by Nicole “they had to get the paperwork together.” However they never got it together as Luke’s timeline clearly outlines.
